Honestly, I did not want to post anything today, especially on how to stop self-sabotaging your manifestation.
I really didn’t. I just wanted to sit and dwell in negativity. I wanted to let the old program inside me win.
I also didn’t want to organize my room yesterday, so yes, I am bragging about how I did it anyway. I’m just letting you know- it took me almost a day and five baskets full of trash to clean my room yesterday! I know, thank you. I’m very proud of myself too.
But you know, when we do something, we should never label it as a “big task” or a “small task.” It’s about acknowledging the fact that you took action.
And genuinely, I didn’t want to take any action yesterday. The old me would’ve chosen to sit by herself, watch a movie, sleep or just read a book instead of decluttering the room.
But guess what? I got up and finished the task!
Because I told myself I HAD to do it. And I told myself I HAVE to write and post today, so here I am, writing and posting this on time.
Now, I’ve made it a habit to keep doing the things I say I’m going to do every single day.
✨ No matter how I’m feeling.
✨ No matter the amount of overwhelming thoughts running in my head.

I override every single one of them, and I take the action anyway. I do the things I don’t want to do because I show my mind that I CAN do them.
The old me? I’m sure she’s surprised right now, but also happy and proud of me.
But to be real, she would have never done this!

So when you have days like I almost had today, where I didn’t want to do anything, you just override it.
