Whatever you may call it- whether the Two Cup Manifestation Method, Overnight Manifestation or Quantum Jumping- it’s truly, incredibly effective. But I have seen people complaining that it doesn’t work for them, so here’s a detailed step-by-step guide on how the technique actually needs to be done and how it works in bringing your desires into manifestation.

The Concept

Quantum Jumping means moving from your current reality to a desired one, like jumping dimensions.

Scientifically, it connects to the idea of parallel universes. But more than that, it’s actually a powerful subconscious mind programming technique that has been around for centuries.

In fact, many spiritual and religious traditions use water in rituals because water holds memory and this Two Cup Manifestation method uses water to carry your intention and imprint it into your subconscious.

What You’ll Need

  • Two glasses or cups (preferably glass or crystal, but plastic or metal is fine too)
  • A pen (any color)
  • Two sticky notes or small papers
  • Some water
  • A glue stick or tape (optional)

Step-by-Step Process

1. Label Your Current Reality:

Take the first glass. This represents your current state- the one you are experiencing right now, in the moment. Write down your present condition on a sticky note in 2–3 words. For example:

You can either write these words on a common slip or on separate ones. Stick it/them to the first glass and pour some water into it.

2. Label Your Desired Reality:

Take the second glass. This represents your desired state- the one you wish to live. Write what you want to manifest in 2–3 words, like:

  • “Dream job”
  • “Happy relationship”
  • “Financial abundance”

Again, you can either write these words on a common slip or on separate ones. Stick it to the second glass and keep this one empty for now.

3. Program the First Glass:

Hold the first glass. Think deeply about your current state. Feel it fully for a moment- sense the frustration, pain and dissatisfaction. Let those feelings move through you. This step helps the water absorb the energy of your current reality. Don’t hold back, let all the negativity pour out without any kind of judgment.

4. Make the Dimensional Jump:

Slowly pour the water from the first glass into the second glass (the empty one). As you pour, imagine the transition happening in your mind- from where you are to where you want to be.

5. Program Your Desire:

Now, hold the second glass. Visualize your dream life as if it’s already true. Feel the joy, gratitude, and excitement. Imagine your new job, the loving relationship, the financial freedom, the perfect health, a happy, healthy family- whatever it is for you.

Involve all your senses in the visualization. See the visuals, hear the happy sounds or someone saying something encouraging, feel the peace, taste the emotions and smell the environment- make this picture familiar to your mind.

Do this for 2–5 minutes until you feel a smile forming naturally. For the mind, there’s literally no difference between the real and imagined, so make full use of this opportunity.

6. Seal the Intention:

Drink the water slowly while repeating to yourself: “It’s done. It’s done. It’s done.” As simple as it sounds, this actually affirms the shift in your subconscious.

7. Wrap Up:

Once done, you can throw away the sticky notes if you wish. Their work is done and your intention is now set. You’ve moved from one state to another.

  • Many people miss results because they skip the emotional connection part. Feeling is the key and building that connection is extremely crucial for manifesting your desires.
