Your Identity Shapes Your Reality
Let’s picture this.
Imagine I were to offer you crack cocaine right now.
Would you take it?
Hopefully, the answer should be no.
But why wouldn’t you take it?
Because it’s not your identity.
You don’t identify as someone who does drugs. That’s simply not who you are.
Now, isn’t it funny how your self-concept can protect you in some areas like keeping you away from drugs but at the same time, it can sabotage you in other areas?
For example, if your identity is:
❌ “I’m not consistent.”
❌ “I always mess things up.”
❌ “Something wrong will happen to me.”
❌ “Things never work out for me.”
Then guess what? You cannot change because you are attached to these labels.
Why Change Feels So Hard
This is exactly why change feels impossible sometimes.
You try new techniques, you stay consistent for a week, and then you fall off because deep down, your identity is still:
🛑 “Nothing works for me.”
I was there too. I was the queen of self-sabotage. And trust me, I still work on it every single day. Every now and then, that old identity creeps in and whispers:
🛑 “Do you really need to do this?”
But here’s the difference: Now I have tools to fight back.
The Gremlins In Your Mind
If you ask me for advice, I’ll always tell you not to let the gremlins in your mind win.
You know that sneaky little voice in your head?
🛑 “You’re not good enough.”
🛑 “You always fail.”
🛑 “This won’t work for you.”
That’s the gremlin.
And if you listen to it, you stay stuck.
So how do you beat it?
The Power of Daily Action
I used to struggle with consistency. It was so easy for me to spend my day without doing anything “productive.” While being in my comfort zone did bring me comfort, I seriously lacked growth- something I wanted for my present and future.
When I decided to change and planned to take action, I took it upon myself to make a blueprint and stick to my new habits like my life depended on it.
🎯 I had a checklist on my phone, tracking every task.
🎯 I used to plan even the smallest things to be clear and ready for the next day.
🎯 Every single day, without fail, I did the work.
🎯 When any negativity crept in, I always redirected it to something positive with mindfulness.
🎯 It was painful at first, like an out-of-body experience, because I wasn’t used to being so disciplined.
Here’s what I learned
✅ Change isn’t about motivation- it’s about commitment.
✅ Mindfulness is not just a habit; it’s a way of living.
✅ Transformation is easy and necessary. It just requires consistent practice. Like any other habit, you can adopt new habits in just a matter of days or weeks.
✅ Never give up- even if it means taking baby steps daily. Take a break if needed, but always take some action to keep the cycle going.
✅ Take your sleep schedule seriously. The only time our body heals itself is when we sleep, which is why at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily is essential for our physical and mental well-being. Sleep means undisturbed sleep with no gadgets around. To enhance sleep quality, do a 3 to 5-minute meditation before bed.
✅ Don’t wait for things to hit rock bottom before making a change, as that will only bring more fear, confusion, and anxiety. Start your transformation journey today, so you never have to face the worst- not now, not ever.
✅ Small, consistent efforts lead to big transformations!

Your Brain Is Keeping You Safe
Your brain is wired for survival, not success.
Every habit, belief, and routine you’ve had for the past 10, 20, 30 years has been ingrained into your neural pathways.
So when you try to change, your brain freaks out.
That’s why new habits feel uncomfortable at first. But the only way to dissolve disbelief is through repetition as it is the best way to reprogram the subconscious mind.
Every single day, make a conscious choice:
⭐ Fear or love?
⭐ Old identity or new identity?
⭐ Comfort or transformation?
The Tools You Need To Win
From my experience, here’s a list of techniques that will help you overcome resistance:
✅ Breathwork when you feel overwhelmed.
✅ Inner child healing to rewire deep-rooted fears.
✅ Rampage affirmations to shift your mindset fast.
✅ Loop affirmations to keep your subconscious busy.
✅ Nighttime affirmations to reprogram while you sleep.
✅ Mirror work to build self-love and confidence.
Remember, the tools exist, the question is are you using them for your benefit?
Because let’s be real.
For some people, change only happens when the pain becomes unbearable.
Don’t be that person! Be the one who is grateful for everything in life.
Don’t wait for the wrong time to start. Use the right time (the NOW) to start!
How To Rewire Your Mind For Success
The only way to reprogram your brain is to do what you say you’re going to do.
✅ If you say 15 minutes of mirror work, then do 15 minutes every day- not 5 minutes, not 10, but 15.
✅ If you say you’ll go to the gym, then go.
✅ If you say you’ll sleep by 11, then wind up your work and sleep by 11.
✅ If you say you’ll journal daily, then write in that journal every single day.
Every time you break a promise to yourself, you strengthen the old identity. When you say you’ll do something but don’t follow through, your mind stops taking you seriously. But when you stay committed, your mind starts working with you, creating more opportunities.
That’s when your new identity begins to take over.
Break Generational Patterns
Don’t forget, we are breaking generational curses.
We are rewriting our family’s story.
If that means:
✅ Doing one thing every day to rewire your brain, then do it.
✅ Meditating for 5 minutes before sleep, then do it.
✅ Listening to loop affirmations every single day, then commit to it.
✅ Jumping in fully instead of just testing the waters, then go all in.
Because this is serious business.
Are You Ready For What You’re Manifesting?
Imagine this:
⭐ What if I told you that tomorrow your soulmate would knock on your door?
⭐ What if the money hits your bank account tomorrow?
⭐ What if tomorrow you move into your dream home?
Would you be ready for it?
Or would you still be:
🛑 Hesitant?
🛑 Complaining?
🛑 Doubting everything?
I’ve been there, so I get it.
But here’s the truth: No one else dictates your reality. You are the sole creator of your reality and its time you take responsibility for it! Its time you raise your self-worth and be prepared to welcome miracles in your life. Its time to accept and walk into change.
Your Environment Affects Your Manifestation
If the people around you always say:
🛑 “Money is hard to make.”
🛑 “Life is unfair.”
🛑 “I’m broke.”
You need to protect your energy because words are like spells.
When someone around you says something negative, it is your duty to stop them then and there and reframe their judgement.
And if you can’t change your environment, use it to strengthen your mindset.
While they’re complaining, you affirm:
✅ “I am the wealthiest person I know.”
✅ “Money flows to me effortlessly.”
✅ “Opportunities chase me every day.”
You must always use your environment as a tool to reinforce your new reality.
Stop Giving Up- Start Pushing Harder
Change takes time.
If you’re frustrated that your manifestation hasn’t arrived yet, remember:
⭐ It doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
⭐ It just means you still have work to do.
Keep going till you achieve the peace you truly deserve. It’s my promise that the journey will be worthwhile.
