What you will explore in this article may very well change your entire perception of reality, how you go about the manifestation process and even transform your relationship with yourself. You’ll understand who you are at a fundamental level and discover how manifestation can be much easier than it has been before.
The two concepts I’m blending together are somewhat esoteric- one more than the other.
Before we begin, have you heard of Neville Godard? The genius old-school Law of Attraction coach who beautifully connects the divine component in his teachings? In his teachings, Neville extensively talks about imagination, the God Source energy within us and how to become one with this source energy.
I read his books two years ago, and one in particular, Feeling is the Secret, is a powerful pick if you’re looking to transform your reality. In the book, Neville talks about the power of feeling in the process of creation and how by feeling the emotion as if you are living as your future self before you go to bed, works wonders in shaping you into that new version of yourself. Why before bed? Because that time a window opens into your subconscious that you can make use of to reprogram your mind.
The idea is that 95% of your life is controlled by your subconscious, which is why programming it in your favor is not only essential but also crucial. Every day, if you start to visualize and feel like the version of yourself you prefer, you begin to reform your self-concept and sense of reality, and in no time, in a very natural way, you will observe your thoughts, behavior and actions change for the better. Before you even realize it, you will become a molded version of yourself.
Parallel Realities and Manifestation
Things got really interesting for me when I combined Neville Godard’s teachings with the concept of parallel realities. Quantum physics suggests there’s an infinite number of parallel realities already existing in every moment of time, and that whatever you want to create in your life already exists; it’s more about energetically tuning into that version of you so that you can perceive that reality.
Moreover, because this moment is the only moment that exists, the past doesn’t have to influence your present as much as you think it does. It literally has no hold over you, and it’s best to leave the past where it’s supposed to be.
The Power of Revision
There’s a common principle from Neville Godard’s teachings called “revision.” Revision is a powerful manifestation technique where you recall and visualize a past event, then replay it-revising it into a new experience that enhances your present moment. For example, if you were once a people-pleaser and later regretted how you responded to someone, you can revise that memory and visualize yourself handling the situation with your own power.
Let’s take another example. Let’s say you ended a relationship on a sour note, and even though you never met that person again, that memory has been disturbing you for the longest time. You can revisit that memory and revise it by visualizing the relationship ending in a healthy, happy, humble and thankful way.
With repetition, this process can reframe the energy within you. The reason this works is that our subconscious stores all our memories and the way to reprogram it is through repetition. The more you repeat a newly revised version of a memory, the quicker your mind will accept it and replace the old version, thereby changing your overall perspective towards that experience. Now, even if that memory pops into your head, you will remember the new, happy version rather than the old, disturbing one.

Memory, Belief and Change
Quantum physics and psychology show us that every time we remember something, we take it out of our memory bank, modify it and then store it back. Repeatedly thinking about a memory from a new perspective changes it over time. Before you know it, you would’ve already revised your past- even if you’re not aware of it. Movement between parallel realities is something you naturally do.
The question is: How can you create greater change from your current reality to the reality you truly desire?
Inner Reflections and Self-Concept
The present moment is the only moment that exists, and the energy, emotions and beliefs you hold now determine your reality. Neville Godard and many other philosophers as well as the Eastern thought teach that our outer reality is a reflection of our inner mental state. Your life is all about your self-image, your “mental diet” of thoughts that shapes how you perceive the world. What’s relieving is that with practice, we can mould our self-image into our desired version.
From my research on reprogramming the subconscious mind, I know that if you maintain a negative self-image, you’ll continue experiencing the same reality. The moment you shift your self-concept and embrace your worthiness to receive the best in life, change happens quickly. Just start activating the version of yourself as if it already exists, rather than creating it from the scratch.
Meditation and Receiving Guidance
Meditation connects you to your imaginative side and your subconscious patterns. I was deeply influenced by meditation audios on YouTube that my yoga teacher once recommended. They truly benefitted me by helping me regain my focus and calm.
The biggest lesson I learned is that meditation isn’t about trying to control your thoughts; it’s about closing your eyes, receiving guidance and letting your mind be open. Of course, thoughts will come- it’s natural and unavoidable. Many people fail at meditation because they try too hard to shut off their thoughts, not realizing that what they resist, persists.
The more you try to forcefully stop something, the more the thoughts flow. Instead, just sit back and receive whatever comes without attachment. Observe the thoughts without getting involved; soon, they will pass, and over a few minutes, you’ll notice that their intensity decreases. This is where the true power of meditation lies.
Remember, our lives are shaped by our experiences, our self-concepts and our willingness to align with a higher energy- whether you call it God, the universe, the angels, or something else. Suffering, success and change are all parts of this journey. It’s not just about textbook knowledge but about trusting your intuition and surrendering to the process. Manifestation happens when you are crystal clear about what you want and feel it as if it’s already yours. The moment you start taking steps to align with your energy is the moment you begin your transformation journey.
My question to you is: What are you doing? Are you chasing complications, or are you practicing the simplicity that every religion and philosophy boils down to?
Are you living life mindlessly or mindfully?
