It’s such a weird day, I might feel low and lethargic.” These negative associations add emotions of doubt and confusion, making me feel exhausted, lowering my energy, and creating a belief that I’m not good enough.
On the other hand, if I attach a positive emotion to “I am fine,” it will naturally connect to positive thoughts like, “I am fine, my day is going well. I can sense today is going to be amazing!” This positive chain of thoughts will spontaneously boost my energy, making me feel happy and content, reinforcing the belief that all is well in my world.
What we say, we manifest; hence, it becomes extremely important to develop awareness and be mindful of our thoughts. When we start practicing mindfulness, we realize the beauty of life and the value it holds.
